The Wealth Manager will be responsible for the initiation, development, and growth of our share of target markets and the increase of Assets Under Management (AUMs), with a specific focus on corporate, High net-worth and affluent clients.
Req.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 3 years of experience in asset management or financial services sales.
● Excellent negotiation skills, able to effectively influence/manage C-suite executives, leaders, and HNIs.
● Strong relationship Management skills.
Extensive knowledge of finance, economics, and current developments in the
industry
Job Duties
Mobilize liabilities and grow Assets Under Management for the firm across various investor segments.
● Acquire and maintain high-value business and maintain relationships with institutional and retail investor market segments through the provision of superior and excellent service delivery and investment advice and the adoption of innovative and creative approaches to business.
● Build, manage, and maintain a robust database of current and potential high-value clients across focus market segments in order to provide a continuous stream of high-quality pipeline transactions for improved productivity and business growth.
Support the revenue generation drive across key product lines and adopt upselling and cross-sellinginitiatives to improve value-add to clients.
● Coordinate with other departments and maintain efficiency on all sales procedures and activities.
● Develop strategies for selling financial products across the firm's product suite.
● Support the implementation of strategic initiatives that sustain and improve the firm's competitive advantagewithin its operating environment.
● Develop multi-currency and multi-asset class investment portfolios for clients.
● Lead investment education activities for wholesale clients.
● Drive liability volumes under various multi-asset and multi-currency product lines.
● Ensure compliance with KYC and AML laws about account opening and client management.
● Ensure all call plans and call memos get to the head of business at the beginning and end of the day.
● Contribute to product development and business growth strategies for the division.
● Ensure fees are collected on all fee-based wealth management transaction

Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
