Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and best practices.
- Support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (CIPM certification is an advantage).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in an HR leadership role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence, integrity, and discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software/tools (e.g., Zoho People etc.).
- Close proximity to Oshodi and Mile 2 is an advantage.
