Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and disciplined Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain warehouse orderliness. This role is essential to enforcing workflow standards, coordinating container reception and clearance, and ensuring system accuracy using ERP software

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management
- Oversee daily inbound and outbound logistics.
- Ensure clean, orderly, and well-structured warehouse operations are aligned with standards. Monitor and improve internal workflow efficiency.
System Management (ERP: Makor)
- Supervise picking, packing, dispatch, and order fulfillment through the Makor ERP system.
- Ensure real-time inventory updates and low error rates in system transactions. Audit system vs physical stock alignment and ensure process discipline.
Customs Clearance & Container Handling
- Coordinate directly with customs agents and clearance agencies.
- Manage full container offloading and receiving processes. Maintain documentation and compliance in alignment with bonded terminal expectations.
Requirements:
- Experience with bonded warehouse operations is a strong advantage.
- Minimum if 3 years experience is required
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
