Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced and organised Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience in managing warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise inventory movement, track stock levels, and ensure accurate stock records.
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve productivity and safety targets.
- Oversee receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular updates on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and team performance.
Requirements:
- HND/B.Sc. in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse supervision or management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
