Job Summary
We are seeking a polished, service-oriented Lounge Waitron to join our hospitality team. The Waitron will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service in a relaxed lounge setting, ensuring comfort, timely service, and an elevated dining and beverage experience. This role requires attention to detail, a strong sense of customer experience

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, specials, and premium offerings.
- Upsell lounge products and promotions to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and pleasant lounge environment.
- Engage with guests courteously, ensuring a warm and professional service.
- Handle guest complaints with patience and professionalism, resolving issues effectively.
- Collaborate with colleagues and kitchen/bar staff to ensure smooth service delivery. Support in maintaining ambience standards, including cleanliness, setup, and presentation
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE; additional hospitality training or certification is an advantage.
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a hospitality/lounge setting preferred.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Neat appearance, polished presentation, and a service-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
