Role Description

This is a contract role for a Waitress / Server at Precious Palm Royal Hotel, located in Benin City. The Waitress / Server will be responsible for taking orders from customers, serving food and beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area. The role requires working closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. This is an on-site role.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service
• Basic Cooking skills are advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Previous experience in hospitality is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
