Description

We’re seeking a highly creative and versatile Visual Content Creative to join our team at Fluidé Homes. In this hybrid role, you’ll be responsible for bringing our brand to life through engaging video content, captivating photography, and impactful still / motion graphics. You’ll work closely with our marketing and branding teams to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our audience and elevate our visual identity.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience as a graphics designer

• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.

• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Quark, and Illustrator.

• A Strong eye for visual composition

• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.

• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.

• Experience with computer-aided design.

• Proven experience in videography, photography, and motion graphics design

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects, Canva, or equivalent)

• Strong portfolio demonstrating your creative visual storytelling skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet project deadlines

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

• A creative mindset and a passion for storytelling through visuals
  

JOB ROLES

• Study design briefs and determine requirements

• Schedule projects and define budget constraints

• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

• Develop motion graphics, illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand

• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

• Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design

• Test graphics across various media

• Amend designs after feedback

• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

• Shoot and edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal use

• Capture striking still images that showcase our brand and products

• Create motion graphics and animations to enhance video and digital content

• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute innovative visual stories

• Manage video, photography, and design projects from ideation to completion
