Job Summary
As a Videographer at Rage Media Group, you will play a key role in creating high-quality video content that aligns with our brand identity and client needs. You will be responsible for filming, editing, and producing engaging visual stories that support campaigns, events, and digital platforms. The role requires a creative storyteller with strong technical expertise, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, ANer Effects, Photoshop, AudiBon) and other relevant tools, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced media environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Capture and produce high-quality video content for campaigns, events, and digital platforms.
- Operate cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment effectively.
- Edit raw footage into polished, compelling final products using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and digital teams to ensure video content meets project objectives.
- Maintain video equipment, ensuring functionality and readiness for shoots.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative approaches to video production.
- Manage video archives and ensure proper file storage/organisation. Support livestreams, behind-the-scenes coverage, and other real-time video needs.
Requirements:
- Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Years of Experience: 3 years of proven experience in videography, video editing, and content production.
- Certifications: Certifications in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) are an advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition) and other relevant video editing/post-production tools.
- Creative eye for storytelling, composition, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred Industry Background: Media, Advertising, Film Production, Digital Content Creation
Remuneration: NGN 237,500 Monthly
