Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Van Sales Representative to join our sales and distribution team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and delivering products directly to customers using a company van. This role involves building strong customer relationships, expanding the customer base, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive a company van along assigned routes to sell and deliver products to retail shops, kiosks, and other customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Ensure the van is stocked with appropriate products for daily sales.
- Collect payments (cash or POS) and issue receipts.
- Prepare and submit daily sales and stock reports.
- Identify new sales opportunities and upsell products to existing customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the van and follow all driving regulations. Provide feedback from customers to management for service improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND or equivalent; additional qualifications are an advantage.
- Proven experience in van sales, direct sales, or FMCG distribution is preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic arithmetic and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Must be physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading goods.
