Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs assessments across departments to identify learning gaps and development priorities.
- Design and develop engaging learning materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and workshop content.
- Deliver in-person or virtual training sessions on a variety of topics (e.g., onboarding, soft skills, compliance, technical skills).
- Collaborate with department heads to create job-specific development plans and career progression pathways.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback surveys, performance metrics, and ROI analysis.
- Maintain and update training records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Research and recommend new training tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
- Coordinate external training, certifications, and partnerships with vendors or institutions when needed.
- Assist in planning and executing learning events, workshops, and team-building activities.
Qualifications:
- BSc in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Proven experience (3+ years) in training, learning and development, or instructional design.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in using LMS platforms, e-learning software, and digital training tools.
- Ability to analyze data and measure training effectiveness.
- Creative, adaptable, and passionate about employee growth and learning.

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
