Responsibilities:

Emerging Technology Integration & Digital Transformation:

• Assist in the adoption of AI-driven tools, automation frameworks, and interactive digital applications to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Implement technology enhancements aligned with industry trends, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
• Oversee enterprise software updates, cybersecurity compliance, and risk assessment protocols.
Research and recommend innovative tech solutions to improve sustainability and digital storytelling efforts.

IT Infrastructure Management & System Optimisation:

• Maintain network security, ensure the integrity of IT systems, and monitor enterprise software functionality.
• Oversee cloud-based platforms, workflow automation tools, and digital asset protection measures.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support to enhance system accessibility and operational efficiency.
Ensure seamless integration of business enterprise solutions within cross-functional workflows.

Digital Content Optimisation & Interactive Technology Implementation:

• Collaborate with communications and multimedia teams to integrate interactive digital tools into storytelling initiatives.
• Manage content management systems (CMS) and multimedia interfaces, ensuring engaging user experiences.
• Oversee database structures and accessibility solutions to ensure efficient content delivery across platforms.
Support branding and messaging consistency in digital design and interactive media features.

Cybersecurity & Data Protection Compliance:

• Conduct IT audits, ensuring compliance with data security regulations and encryption protocols.
• Strengthen organisational cybersecurity frameworks, access management policies, and enterprise risk mitigation strategies.
• Implement security audits, vulnerability assessments, and system integrity checks.
Ensure adherence to best practices in digital risk management, nonprofit governance, and IT transparency standards.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Technology Training:

• Provide technology workshops, systems training, and cybersecurity awareness sessions for internal teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with fundraising and research teams to integrate digital solutions for donor reporting and impact measurement.
• Work with leadership teams to identify and implement tech-driven strategies that optimise organisational workflows.
Develop user-friendly resources and training materials to support digital literacy efforts across departments.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience
Degree in a related field
