One of our newest start-ups is launching a modern, next-generation dating platform tailored for a unique audience and designed with elegance, trust, and meaningful connections in mind. We’re looking for a web app developer to join our founding team as a full co-founder.

Responsiblilty

As a developer , your core responsibility will be to design and develop the full web app experience—including landing pages, user flows, frontend/backend functionality, and eventually an installable mobile app or progressive web app (PWA).

As a co-founder , you will be involved in key decision-making, product strategy, platform launch, branding, and ongoing maintenance and iteration. You won’t just build the platform, you’ll shape its future.

Compensation

• Official recognition as one of the co-founder of the startup, with your name and role reflected across our materials, platforms, and investor decks.
• 15% founding equity in the startup, subject to a 4-year vesting schedule (with a 1-year cliff) and governed by the shareholders’ agreement.
• Access to long-term financial upside through potential dividends, exits, and value appreciation of equity as the company grows.
• Subject to funding and company growth, a monthly stipend or salary may be introduced for co-founders based on effort, role, and responsibility—reviewed quarterly.
• Letter of recommendation, résumé recognition, and full credit for your contributions.
• Hands-on experience launching a startup from the ground up, working at the intersection of product, impact, and business. Mentorship, founder training, and exposure to the startup ecosystem are included
• Work from anywhere, on your own terms, with reasonable deadlines and collaboration expectations. Performance and outcomes matter more than time clocks.
• Future-Facing Opportunities: Priority consideration for future paid CTO / Product roles within the company. Option to participate in future fundraising, hiring, and growth decisions. Early buy-in access to other FutureGRIN companies.
Opportunities to travel for key events, hackathons, pitch days, and global expansion—when aligned with business needs.
