Job Summary
We are a small but dynamic accounting firm based in Lagos, Nigeria, providing professional services to a range of clients. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality financial solutions, and we are looking for a skilled accountant to join us. Are you an ambitious tax-oriented Accountant with 2–3 years of experience working in an accounting firm? Do you have strong Excel and IT skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving? If so, we want to hear from you!

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and filing of tax returns (CIT, VAT, WHT, PAYE, and others)
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely bookkeeping
- Use accounting software for recording transactions and generating reports
- Assist in client audits and tax reviews
- Provide financial insights and support for client decision-making Collaborate with team members in a hybrid work environment
Requirements:
- 2–3 years’ experience in an accounting firm or similar professional environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Sage, TallyPrime, QuickBooks, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian tax laws and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients and tax authorities professionally.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills A professional accounting qualification or progress towards (ICAN/ACCA/CITN) is a plus.
