Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Swim Instructor located in Gwagwalada. The Swim Instructor will be responsible for conducting swim lessons, ensuring the safety of all participants, and promoting water safety. Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans, instructing students on swimming techniques, providing feedback, and overseeing all activities to prevent accidents. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized pool area and performing lifeguarding duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in Swim Instruction and conducting swim lessons
- Proficiency in Swimming and Aquatics
- Skills in Lifeguarding and ensuring water safety
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with children and adults
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding is a plus Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
Starting Pay range is N130,000 to N180,000 per month
