Experience is a plus, but not key - At Stroll, I believe the most important thing is rate of growth, rather than current technical capability.

Role: Swift Developer (Specialization in Mobile Apps) - Full Time

Salary Range: $400-$2000 SGD - Open Seniority ; Based on Interview fundamental & concurrent skillsets

Current Salary is ok - not the best.

However the mission statement is to become a $bn dollars company within the next 5 years.

If things go well I expect your compensation to x 5-10 minimum accordingly.

Background:

Stroll is a voice-initiated dating app developed by a team of 8 over the last 2.5 years. Our mission is to make dating memorable and fun again, with the goal of becoming one of the top 2 dating apps worldwide, focused on forming sincere connections within the next 3 years.

Been through 2 big 200-400 beta testing rounds. Planning to have the final launch in 2 months from now.

The plan is to deeply test and iterate in Singapore, before hard launching in Singapore, then western markets in USA and Australia / Europe etc.

We operate like a startup and prioritize trust and accountability over micromanagement.

Responsibilities:

• Build & Code great screens
• Collaborate, Implement backend API's from backend and microservices.
Work closely with Product Designers to Iterate on user experience.

Key Skillsets Required:

• A strong fundamental understanding of Swift.
• Have experience building products.
• Write good code.
Be highly accountable
