This is a full-time, on-site role for a Superintendent Pharmacist located in Benin City. The Superintendent Pharmacist will oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, manage staff, and maintain high standards of pharmaceutical care. Their tasks include prescription processing, patient counseling, inventory management, and quality assurance. The role requires effective communication with healthcare providers and patients, along with ensuring the safe and effective distribution of medications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical care, prescription processing, and patient counseling
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and inventory management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and management skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree and current licensure to practice as a pharmacist
• Experience in a supervisory role or management position is an advantage
• Proficiency in healthcare software and systems is beneficial
