Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Pharmacist/Manager to oversee our pharmacy's daily operations and ensure high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the pharmacy, leading the team, and providing professional pharmaceutical services. This role combines managerial responsibilities with the clinical duties of a licensed pharmacist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and provide patient counseling on the proper use of medications.
- Review and interpret prescriptions to ensure accuracy and safety for patients.
- Provide drug information and advice to patients, healthcare professionals, and the pharmacy team.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a pharmacist.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
