- Manpower allocation and planning for proper utilisation depends on workload basis.
- Finished Goods receiving from WIP section. Ensure the accuracy
- Ensure that arrange the goods properly and appropriately in FG storage area
- Ensure that all goods must have identification and storage location indication.
- Organize man power for dispatch and monitoring the supply.
- Physical stock tackling on daily basis, periodically inventory count.
- Maintain the stock card for Finished Goods, and submit the FG report daily to management.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow 5S.
- Worker’s attendance
- Monitoring the safety aspect as per management instruction
