Job Summary:
The Store Manager is the ultimate authority in the store and the direct representative of the
Owner. This is a hands-on leadership role with complete responsibility for all aspects of the
store's operations, including the walk-in display store and the warehouse. The ideal
candidate will be a firm, process-driven individual with a proven track record of implementing
and enforcing strict operational procedures. You will be held to the highest standards of
accountability and will be responsible for the performance, discipline, and integrity of the
entire store team. This is not just a management position; it is a command position.
Key Responsibilities:
● Operational Excellence & Process Enforcement:
○ Uphold and enforce every article of the Armario Stores' Official Standing
Orders without exception.
○ Ensure strict adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs),
including sales processes, inventory management, and financial controls.
○ Master the STOHB business management software and ensure its correct
and secure utilization by all relevant staff.
○ Conduct mandatory end-of-day reconciliations of sales and stock,
investigating and documenting any discrepancies immediately.
● Inventory & Financial Control:
○ Oversee all inventory management processes, from receiving new stock to
regular audits.
○ Conduct daily random spot checks and support the Inventory & Operations
Associate in weekly and monthly stock-takes.
○ Take ultimate accountability for the reconciliation of all stock and cash.○ Accept direct financial liability for any cash or stock shortfalls that cannot be
attributed to proven error, damage, or the proven fault of a specific individual.
● Staff Management & Discipline:
○ Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales & Service Associates and an
Inventory & Operations Associate.
○ Assign daily duties, manage staff schedules, and ensure all team members
are fulfilling their roles as per the new organizational structure.
○ Implement the company's disciplinary action framework decisively and fairly,
issuing verbal and written warnings, and recommending suspensions or
terminations based on documented evidence.
○ Conduct mandatory bag checks for all staff at the end of their shifts as a
condition of their employment.
● Sales & Customer Service:
○ Drive the store to achieve and exceed sales targets.
○ Ensure the sales team provides excellent customer service while strictly
adhering to the "no direct payment handling" policy.
○ Uphold the fixed and non-negotiable pricing policy, ensuring all transactions
are processed through the STOHB system at the designated pay point.
Qualifications and Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
● Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role,
preferably in fashion.
● A demonstrable history of successfully implementing and enforcing strict operational
processes and controls.
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to command respect and enforce discipline.
● Impeccable integrity and a high degree of personal accountability.
● Experience with inventory management software is highly desirable.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
● Must be willing to accept the terms of financial liability as outlined in the company's
Standing Orders.
● A firm, no-nonsense approach to management.

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
