Overview
As an AI Business Solutions Specialist, you will lead strategic sales engagements that empower customers to digitally transform their operations using Microsoft’s Business Applications portfolio. This includes CRM Sales & Service, Core ERP (Finance & Operations), Power Apps for Low Code/No Code development, and Co-pilot Studio for building and enabling AI agentic scenarios. You will drive business planning, lead Rhythm of Business (ROB) reviews, and collaborate across internal teams and partner ecosystems to unlock innovation and deliver business value.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Extensive experience in technology-related sales, with a focus on application platforms, CRM, ERP, or low-code/no-code technologies.
- Strong understanding of industry practices and trends in sectors such as banking, retail, or government.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or Master’s in Information Technology or related field.
- Demonstrated success in solution or services sales, with significant experience leading digital transformation initiatives and achieving strong results in enterprise sales.
Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Strategic Planning
- Lead strategic account planning and ROB cadences to align business priorities with Microsoft’s Business Applications portfolio.
- Identify whitespace opportunities and industry trends to develop and execute territory plans.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, articulating the business value of CRM, ERP, and AI-powered solutions.
Solution Leadership & Technical Expertise
- Drive customer innovation by aligning business needs with Microsoft’s Business Applications, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Co-pilot Studio.
- Lead technical conversations and workshops, leveraging deep knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms and AI agentic capabilities.
- Collaborate with Global Black Belts (GBBs) and engineering teams to address competitive blockers and shape future product direction.
Sales Execution & Deal Management
- Orchestrate the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity discovery to deal closure, ensuring alignment with account strategy.
- Guide the Specialist Team Unit (STU) and Account Team Unit (ATU) to build pipeline and drive consumption.
- Lead execution of complex deals, ensuring robust deployment plans and customer success post-sale.
Partner Ecosystem & Collaboration
- Validate and integrate partner solutions into customer engagements.
- Collaborate with ISVs and SIs to scale offerings and accelerate time-to-value.
- Provide feedback to Global Partner Solutions (GPS) to refine go-to-market strategies.
