Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities Leads Generation & Sales
- Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, networking, event participation, and online research.
- Educate prospective customers on the benefits of solar energy—including cost savings, environmental impact, and available incentives.
- Conduct site assessments, understand client needs, and present tailored solar solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Marketing & Strategy
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior.
- Create compelling marketing materials for use across various channels (web, social, print).
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar customer-facing role—solar or renewable energy industry experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working with targets.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing tools).
