Artificial Intelligence Engineer Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of autonomous AI systems that operate with complete independence, creating scalable solutions that transform business operations without human intervention

Basic Requirements

• Demonstrated commitment to an AI-first approach (candidates who view AI as an afterthought rather than the primary solution driver need not apply)
• 5+ years of professional experience in technology
• Strong command of Python programming and AWS cloud infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with modern GenAI development tools (Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
• Proven track record of delivering impactful Generative AI solutions with measurable business results
Extensive experience integrating various LLM APIs (GPT, Claude, Mistral) to address real-world business challenges

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
