Role Summary:

CupidFaces Entertainment is seeking a Volunteer Social Media Marketing Manager to help manage and grow social media presence for our clients. Success in this position means delivering creative, engaging, and consistent content across multiple platforms while increasing audience engagement and helping clients achieve their marketing goals. This role is key to our organization as it supports client satisfaction, brand growth, and overall marketing impact.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for each client to achieve their goals.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and cohesive campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance strategies.
• Respond to comments and messages on client accounts in a timely, professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and audience engagement.
• Experience with analytics tools to track and report performance.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with basic graphic design, video editing, or scheduling tools is a plus.
