Job Description
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who will also handle basic IT support. The individual will be responsible for managing our social media pages, creating content, engaging with followers, and growing our online presence. In addition, the individual will support the office with simple IT tasks like fixing minor computer issues, installing software, and keeping systems updated.
Responsibilities
- Create and post content (text, pictures, videos) on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
- Respond to messages, comments, and build engagement with followers.
- Monitor page growth, track results, and prepare simple reports.
- Suggest new ideas to improve our online presence.
- Support staff with basic IT problems (internet, emails, computer setup, software updates). Keep digital files, accounts, and systems organized.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience managing social media pages.
- Ability to create simple designs with tools like Canva or Photoshop.
- Ability to create and edit videos with tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Basic IT knowledge (computer troubleshooting, software installation, internet setup). Creative, reliable, and able to work with a team.
