We’re looking for creative, detail-oriented, and process-driven Social Media Managers to handle brand and business social media accounts for Hendecagon clients. You will be responsible for implementing ready-made content strategies, using existing templates and SOPs from our LYBL playbook, and ensuring consistency across all client platforms.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily social media operations for business and personal brand accounts (e.g., Sculpt and Glow, BDF, Linton, etc.)
- Execute content calendars and scheduling across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok
- Follow and maintain Hendecagon’s existing SOPs and templates for content planning and posting
- Collaborate closely with the content team to transform raw content into well-structured posts
- Track engagement metrics and compile weekly/monthly performance reports
- Monitor trends and suggest ideas aligned with each brand’s tone and objectives Handle DMs, mentions, and social interactions with timely, professional responsesRequirements
Requirements:
- 2–3+ years of social media management experience
- Strong understanding of content strategy, storytelling, and visual identity
- Proficiency with scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Planoly, Buffer, or Hootsuite)
- Strong Canva skills (reels, carousels, branded templates)
- Comfortable using Notion, Google Workspace, Slack
- Organized, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision
