Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and managing social media strategies to promote the brand and engage followers.
- Create and post simple, engaging, and relevant content (images, videos, captions) on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok etc.
- Reply to comments, messages, and mentions quickly and professionally to keep our audience engaged.
- Help run basic social media ads and track how they are performing.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and viral content to keep our pages fresh and interesting.
- Work with the marketing team to come up with fun and creative campaign ideas.
- Keep an eye on what competitors are doing and suggest ways to improve our content.
- Prepare simple weekly reports showing growth, engagement, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain our brand’s style, tone, and personality across all platforms.
