Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Lagos, with some work-from-home flexibility, for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, optimizing content for various platforms, and analyzing performance metrics. The manager will also engage with the community, respond to comments and messages, and stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and generate reports
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
• Proficiency in social media management tools
• A proactive and creative approach to engaging with online communities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Experience in a consulting environment is a plus
