Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Content
- Build monthly content calendars, campaigns, and narratives aligned to business goals.
- Write engaging copy (short-form, long-form, hooks, CTAs) tailored to the platform and audience. Manage communities: comments/DMs, influencer/UGC outreach, and brand safety.

Paid Ads & Growth
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta (FB/IG), Google/YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Set up pixels, conversions, UTMs, and GA4 events; manage budgets; drive ROAS while lowering CPA. A/B test creatives, audiences, placements, and offers; iterate fast based on data.

Brand & Design
- Create brand identity assets (logo systems, color, type, grids), social templates, and campaign key visuals.
- Design ads and social graphics using Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Canva. Produce light motion graphics (animated posts/reels/stories, simple ad animations).
AI-Assisted Marketing
- Use AI to speed up ideation, copy drafts, content variations, image generation/upscaling, and report summaries. Comfortable with tools like ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Runway/CapCut AI, and automation (e.g., Zapier).

Reporting
- Build weekly dashboards and insights (CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV). Translate data into clear actions and next steps for the team.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years managing brand social media and paid ads with provable results.
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4 & Tag Manager.
- Strong graphic design portfolio; mastery of Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and Canva.
- Working knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects/Premiere/CapCut or similar).
- Solid brand identity design experience (style guides, systems, application across touchpoints).
- Copywriting that sells; eye for trends and storytelling.
- Data-driven mindset; confident with experimentation and rapid iteration.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable owning roadmap and deadlines.
- Experience with landing page optimization (basic CRO), email/SMS flows, or basic HTML/CSS for asset handoff.
- Influencer/affiliate program management.
- Knowledge of the Nigerian digital landscape and consumer behavior.What We Care About
