Requirements:
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in social media management or a similar digital marketing role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute social media strategies that drive measurable results.
- Excellent organizational and creative skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and adverts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong copywriting, content creation, and visual storytelling abilities.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, advertising platforms, and analytics software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Professional certification in digital marketing, social media, or content strategy is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media analytics tools.
- Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to improve content performance.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
- Analyze and report on performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and events.
- Build and maintain relationships with online communities and influencers.
- Protect and enhance the company’s brand voice and online reputation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦200,000.00 per month
