Job Summary
TMAsourcing Solutions is hiring a smart and reliable Store Supervisor & Social Media Coordinator for a fashion retail store in Surulere, Lagos. This role requires a hands-on team player who can manage daily store activities, attend to customers, and create engaging content for social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a retail environment and be comfortable posting online, responding to customer messages, and contributing to business growth.
This is not just a "phone and post" job you will be responsible for in-store supervision, product sales, digital engagement and supporting the Managing Director with daily business activities.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the daily running of the fashion retail store and ensure smooth operations.
Sell products to walk-in customers and attend to their needs professionally
Represent the Managing Director and help run the store when not present.
Track inventory movement, update stock records, and coordinate restocking.
Upload and manage product listings on the website and update inventory online.
Respond to online inquiries and process orders through WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms.
Create, post, and manage engaging content for social media pages to attract and retain customers.
Brainstorm content ideas and participate in online campaigns to increase brand visibility.
Provide excellent customer service both online and in-store.
Use digital tools and computer skills to support day-to-day operations.
Requirements
HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
2–5 years experience in retail operations, beauty/fashion store management, and social media content creation.
Proven ability to handle both in-store supervision and digital customer engagement.
Strong computer skills (Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, Canva, etc.)
Solid experience with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and other online sales tools.
Great communication, time management, and customer service skills.
Must be proactive, reliable, and ready to grow with the business.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Salary: ₦200,000
Probation Period: 3 months (with review/increase after confirmation)
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (one day off per week)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
