Role Description

This is a contract role for a Social Media Content Creator. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content for various social media platforms, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics. This is an on-site role located in Ibadan.

Duties and responsibilities

• Create engaging content for various platforms such as website, social media, blog, etc.
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing and design to create content that aligns with the company’s goals and brand identity.
• Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent content production and timely delivery.
• Optimize content for search engines and social media platforms to increase visibility and reach.
• Analyze content performance metrics such as views, engagement, and conversion rates to inform future content strategies.
• Edit and proofread content for accuracy, grammar, and style.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and technologies to continuously improve content creation skills.

Qualifications

• Social Media Management, Social Media Strategy, and Community Engagement skills
• Content Creation, Copywriting, and Visual Content Production skills
• Knowledge of Social Media Analytics and Performance Metrics
• Experience with Social Media Advertising and Paid Campaigns
• Proficiency in using social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative and innovative mindset
• Ability to work on-site in Ibadan
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field is beneficial
