We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy social media/content creator to join our team. You will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and overseeing various digital marketing activities. Your role involves ensuring that all content meets international standards in terms of quality, grammar, and presentation. Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and manage social media content while maintaining a content calendar.
- Create engaging content for social media, including videos, images, and copywriting.
- Monitor and optimise social media accounts to grow followers and increase engagement.
- Design and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and display advertising campaigns.
- Run advertisements on social media platforms and manage website analytics using tools like Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement creative growth strategies.
- Analyse performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- Optimise landing pages, user funnels, and content for maximum reach and conversion.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong ability to create and design high-quality content using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and CapCut.
- Demonstrable experience leading SEO/SEM, email marketing, and display advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
- Familiarity with ad-serving tools and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google AdWords).
- Creative mindset with a strong ability to identify target audiences and create engaging campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
- MUST RESIDE IN LEKKI
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with WordPress or website management.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₦150,000.00 per month
