Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.
- Interpret and implement engineering drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct site inspections and surveys to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare daily reports on project status, including any delays or issues.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and timelines.
- Ensure all materials and equipment are on-site and in good condition.
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and implement solutions quickly. Liaise with local authorities to ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Remuneration: NGN 200,000
