Job Overview
Our client, a reputable construction company in Lagos, is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing on-site operations, ensuring that all construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure project timelines are met.
- Interpret and execute construction plans and drawings accurately.
- Liaise with architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and progress reports.
- Resolve any technical issues that may arise on site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
