Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily site operations and construction activities.
- Ensure all construction work aligns with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors, artisans, and material supplies to maintain workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections and enforce health and safety protocols.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Identify and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the project and engineering teams.
- Attend site meetings and communicate effectively with internal departments and stakeholders. Monitor project milestones and report delays or challenges to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
