Studio Emodi is a leading Nigerian Interior Design and Architecture Firm in search of personnel to add to our small team.
Objective Oversee and manage all on-site activities to ensure projects are executed seamlessly, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Site Management
– Supervise site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety regulations.
– Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and progress. Vendor Coordination
– Manage contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
– Address on-site issues and resolve conflicts efficiently. Quality and Reporting
– Ensure that workmanship and materials meet the company’s quality standards.
– Report site progress and challenges to the project coordinator and leadership team. Skills and Qualifications – Strong experience in construction or site management, with atleast 3- 5 years of experience in real etstate, construction or interior design
– Knowledge of quality standards and safety protocols.
– Exceptional problem-solving and leadership skills.
