Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Shopify Developer to join our team. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Shopify themes: Translate design concepts into functional and visually appealing storefronts, using Shopify's Liquid templating language, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Integrate third-party apps: Connect with various applications and services to enhance the store's functionality, such as payment gateways, inventory management systems, marketing tools, and shipping solutions.
- Optimize website performance: Ensure fast loading times and smooth navigation across different devices and browsers.
- Troubleshoot and debug: Identify and resolve issues related to website functionality, theme customization, or app integration.
- Collaborate with team members: Work closely with designers, marketers, and project managers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Stay up-to-date: Keep abreast of the latest Shopify features, best practices, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Shopify platform: Experience building and customizing Shopify stores.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: Solid front-end development skills.
- Familiarity with Liquid templating language: Ability to create and modify Shopify themes.
- Experience with third-party app integration: Understanding of how to connect Shopify with external services.
