We are currently looking to fill the position of Shift In-Charge at our packaging unit, Nigeria, and we would appreciate your support in identifying qualified candidates. As you may recall, our company specializes in the manufacturing of Preforms, Caps, and Straws, and we are seeking individuals with strong technical and leadership capabilities.
Below Are The Key Details Of The Role
Position Title: Shift In-Charge
Industry: Packaging (PET Preforms, Caps)
Location: Nigeria
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate shift operations to meet production targets
Lead and manage machine operators and line staff
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards
Maintain accurate shift reports and ensure smooth handovers
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly
Critical Requirements
Strong maintenance knowledge of Injection Moulding Machines and Cap Compression Moulding Machines
Hands-on experience with Husky, Haitian, and Tianjin machines is highly preferred
5-10 years of experience in a similar role within the plastic packaging or FMCG manufacturing sector
Proven leadership and communication skills
Familiarity with production planning and shift management
