Rodo is a digital marketplace connecting users with trusted local service providers, ranging from handymen to hairdressers, cleaners to creatives, all in just a few clicks. We’re looking for a Service Provider Acquisition Specialist to help us fill the platform with trusted, skilled professionals across Nigeria and Estonia.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify, contact, and onboard qualified service providers (freelancers, small businesses, and skilled workers)
- Daily tasks include researching potential service providers, initiating outreach, conducting interviews, and ensuring compliance with Rodo's standards.
- Build local acquisition playbooks for both formal and informal markets
- Manage CRM pipeline, track engagement, and ensure high-quality provider onboarding
- Collaborate with product and ops to refine the onboarding experience
We’re Looking For:
- Experience in B2B sales, recruiting, or marketplace onboarding
- Strong communication and outreach skills
- Understanding of local service economies in Nigeria and/or Estonia
- Hustle, persuasion, and people-first approach
