About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Lead, Server Infrastructure, to oversee the design, implementation, and management of its server systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring server infrastructure is secure, scalable, and aligned with current and future business needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining system uptime, enforcing infrastructure policies, and implementing robust security models in a dynamic, business-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and execute short- and long-term infrastructure strategies that align with organizational growth.
· Develop, implement, and maintain infrastructure policies, procedures, and training documentation.
· Assist in the planning and deployment of infrastructure-related security measures.
· Monitor and test server performance, providing regular performance statistics and reports.
· Ensure optimal uptime and quality management across all server infrastructure.
· Analyze and maintain IT security models and track security plans for key systems.
· Support both critical application systems and general IT infrastructure.
· Conduct regular audits of existing configurations and develop/update IT Security Architecture Plans accordingly.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
· Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in server management within a structured IT environment.
· Relevant professional certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA N+, MCSA, Linux, ITIL V4 Foundation, or equivalent.
· Demonstrated ability to lead infrastructure projects and enforce IT governance best practices.
· Prior experience in the FMCG industry is a strong advantage.
· Must be available to work onsite and handle day-to-day infrastructure operations.
