Construction Kaiser is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of a Senior Quantity Surveyor- Commercial Reporting and System Compliance . Job Summary : The Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to provide commercial support to the business by providing accurate reports and ensuring compliance to the Quality Management System.

• Preparation of weekly work evaluation for analysis and archiving.
• Preparation of the following reports:
• Consolidated schedule of work evaluation.
• Consolidated schedule of profitability matrix with highlighted budget variance.
• Consolidated schedule of project CVF.
• Any special commercial or compliance investigation reports as may be directed.
• Supervise and mentor Quantity Surveyors.
• Minimum of BSC/HND in Quantity Surveying.
• M.Sc in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management will be an added advantage.
• Professional Qualification in Quantity Surveying.
• Registered with QSRBN.
Minimum of 10 years post graduate working experience.
