VentureConnect Nigeria , an affiliate of uPivotal Inc. , is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to help ensure the quality and reliability of the platforms we build. We’re developing agentic AI transformation products , and we need a QA professional who can help us deliver with precision and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated test cases using Selenium , Cucumber , and similar tools.
• Create and execute manual test cases to support product releases.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to improve testing coverage and efficiency.
• Use Jenkins and other DevOps tools to integrate testing into our CI/CD pipelines.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize test suites for performance and reliability.
Stay current with best practices in testing and QA automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in QA and test automation.
• Strong knowledge of Selenium , Cucumber , and test case design.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing .
• Familiar with Jenkins or similar DevOps tools.
• Bonus: Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Evaluation Process

Candidates will complete a 3-hour skills evaluation , covering:

• Automated test building
• Manual test strategy
DevOps testing with Jenkins

Compensation

• ₦400,000 – ₦500,000 per month , depending on experience and skill level.
