We are looking for a "player-coach"—a leader who will define our technical vision and architecture while remaining deeply hands-on in building the platform. You will take a foundational codebase (PHP/Flutter) and lead the charge in transforming it into a secure, scalable, and world-class FinTech product. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Technical Strategy & Leadership:
- Define and own the complete technical roadmap, architecture, and technology stack for the company.
- Establish coding standards, best practices, and development workflows (e.g., code reviews, testing protocols).
- Mentor the founding team and be prepared to hire, manage, and guide future engineering hires.
- Hands-On Full-Stack Development:
- Lead the audit, refactoring, and rebuilding of our existing PHP backend.
- Architect and write high-quality, secure, and maintainable code for APIs and core services.
- Oversee and contribute to the development of the Flutter-based mobile application.
- Manage and optimize the application's database and cloud infrastructure.
- Product & Business Collaboration:
- Work directly with the founder to align technology development with business goals and product strategy. Make critical decisions on technical trade-offs to ensure the timely delivery of product milestones.
Requirements
- Backend: Expert-level PHP (7.4+), Laravel/Symfony, RESTful APIs, API Security (JWT/OAuth2), SQL, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Databa se Design
- Frontend/Mobile: Strong familiarity with Flutter & Dart, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Infrastructure: Solid experience with AWS (or other cloud), Nginx/Apache, CI/CD basics, Docker (Bonus)
- Testing: Unit Testing, Integration Testing
- Core: Executive-level Ownership, Complex Problem-Solving, Code Refactoring, Remote Work Discipline, High Autonomy
