Role Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive growth by acquiring high-value clients and securing outsourcing deals.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in business development within HR consulting or outsourcing firms.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients for HR outsourcing services (recruitment, payroll, etc.).
- Close outsourcing deals and negotiate contract terms.
- Generate and qualify leads, converting them into clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet business growth targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field.
- 4+ years in business development or sales in HR consulting/outsourcing.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
Benefits
- Salary: N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
- Incentive
- 10% commission on successfully closed deals.
