Responsibilities
- Engage passersby in key public locations
- Promote Club Concierge memberships confidently
- Qualify prospects and capture accurate contact details
- Support events and on-site activations
- Achieve daily/weekly lead targets
Qualification/Experience/Skills
- High School Education minimum; Diploma in Sales or Marketing preferred
- 1+ years’ experience in promotion, sales, hospitality, or event marketing
- Fluent in English; Swahili and additional languages an advantage
- Charisma, confidence, and resilience
- Public engagement and persuasive communication
- Target-driven with high energy
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
