We are seeking for a creative, skilled and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in building information modelling (BIM) and able to take ownership of projects, be it the design and construction of a new building, an extension, alterations, or a restoration project, and deliver on the client's requirements.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design unique buildings and well-organised structures
- Handle projects from the initial client briefing through to the final stages of construction
- Manage client relationships
- Develop and present design proposals Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, budgets, and construction documents, and manage project teams.
Requirements:
- M.Sc, M.E.D, M.Tech, B.Sc, or HND in Architecture.
- Proficiency in BIM design and detailing.
- Strong skills in AutoCAD, Revit, Procore, and Navisworks.
- Proven experience in construction supervision, building coordination, material specification, and contract administration.
- Expertise in project reporting and management.
- Candidate must be analytical, critical and strategic thinkers.
- Must possess highly innovative design and technical skills.
- A keen interest in buildings and the built environment, in-depth experience in building information modeling (BIM)
- Good design and drawing skills to demonstrate your flair for architecture;
- Sound analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of other professionals Must be flexible to work off station.
Locations: Sangotedo, Lakowe, Ibeju-Lekki axis.
