Key Responsibilities:
- Management of the office and its facilities.
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Type, format, and proofread correspondence, legal documents, and reports.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation and collation of legal documents.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma/OND in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
- Proven experience as a secretary, preferably in a law firm or corporate environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
