InfyStrat is looking for a skilled Scrum Master to join our agile team and drive the successful implementation of Scrum methodologies across our projects. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching team members on agile practices, and ensuring the team remains focused on delivering high-value products. You will act as a servant leader, removing obstacles that hinder team progress and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agile frameworks, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering team collaboration. Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies
- Coach team members on agile principles and practices, fostering an environment of collaboration and accountability
- Work closely with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure that user stories are well-defined and prioritized
- Monitor team progress and metrics, providing insights to help the team improve productivity and efficiency
- Identify and remove impediments that may hinder the team's ability to meet sprint goals
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through regular evaluations of the Scrum process and team performance Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between teams and their objectives

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile role
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum, and relevant frameworks
- Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is required
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is preferred
