Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Supervisor, located in Ikota The Sales Supervisor will build and oversee a team of sales executives and consultants, manage customer relationships, and implement sales strategies for team. Daily tasks include training the sales executives, analyzing market trends, ensuring customer satisfaction, and facilitating effective communication within the team. The role requires a hands-on approach to drive sales and achieve company targets.

- Experience in Team Management and Training
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management or a related field Proven track record in a supervisory role within the real estate industry is a plus
