Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in Lagos. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and closing sales deals. Daily tasks include managing customer relationships, identifying customer needs, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves training and supporting sales team members and contributing to the development of sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to conduct effective Training sessions for sales team members
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
